So I think a lot of people, they have this view of a stereotypical salesperson, right?
So loud, assertive, almost like you have to push your way through the sale.
And we really teach our people the opposite.
If you're pushy, they're going to feel that.
Instead, be chill.
Talk to them like you would a friend or your grandmother about the service.
Really help them understand you're there to help as opposed to force something down their throat.

And when people put down their guard and they like you, they're much more likely to listen to you.
That's a far easier way to get a sale done.
If it's just like a one-time sale, like I probably think of like the used car sales dealer.
That's probably like the stereotype.

It's just, he's trying to get one deal done and get you out, you know, off the lot.

So I just was like, OK, well, I'm already the top person.
