I then started exploring, bringing my faith into what I was doing.

So exploring more of, and I had just, you know, had been feeling convicted to like dive deeper into my faith.

So I started exploring what God says about my mind, about who I am, about

How much he cares about me, how loved I am, how cared for I am, right?

I just really started diving deep into these spiritual truths.

Capital T truths of who I am, what God has for me, um, that he's renewing my mind daily, right?

That I'm receiving grace every day.

all of these things that I can set all of my burdens down, right?

And

So I I start exploring this and this felt huge.

This started to shift so much for me.

It was this deeper layer of healing that I wasn't feeling before.

And then over time, over the next couple years, I started learning more about the nervous system.

Because I was still kind of at a point where I'm like, my body just feels so anxious in these moments.

There's so much energy just coursing through my body.

I feel anxious.

And sometimes these mind tools, the mental health tools up in my brain.

aren't feeling like enough.

Like my body just still feels on edge, really stressed, really high energy, and I'm not really sure what to do with that.

I don't know why.
