yeah it is it is everything from i bonked what happened i felt flat what we like everything went away what's going on to now i hit the pr like if you play with these things correctly you should feel your best on competition day there's some of our sports that this is not possible because of weight cutting and other dumb things we have to do but for the most part this is the stuff that matters this is the like there's nothing worse than when you pr a week after competition
