So I generally get up, always hang out with the kids for a solid like 20 minutes, make breakfast, do all that stuff, just mess around. Then they usually get off and go about their routine. I will take the dogs outside. I live up in the mountains. So I'm going to be in nature within 20 seconds. I'll be in the trees.
