I think with trust it's not something that, you know, when we think about it's not something that

Yeah, necessarily ha just happens over time.

It's something that you really have to give.

So before you can give trust, what you really need to be able to do is be confident that if your trust is broken

that you'll be able to be okay.

And so before you really think about trust again, what you really need to be able to do is to work on your confidence, to work on yourself, so that you know that no matter what happens, you'll be okay.

And that's really where I think the work is.

It's not so much about giving or not giving trust, but more about how confident can you be in yourself and how much can you focus on yourself when the time comes and how much can you focus on your values.

Yeah, well I mean, it definitely would happen, I imagine.

And, you know, I I think I've heard of it a few diff a few times.

It's generally a recipe for disaster, I guess, because you've got two people that are focing on focusing on themselves, both of them wanting the other person to, you know, in a way admire them and and give them praise and neither one being able to do it.

So it doesn't sound like it's really

a relationship that's going to endure it.

It's not saying it's impossible.

Uh nothing's impossible, but it doesn't sound like it's um a recipe for success.

Uh yeah, look it's always hard to um answer a question like that based on gender, especially with fluidity at the moment.

But I think you do see it more commonly in men.

And I think um what Christy brought up in her story, which was uh, you know, that she's doing the web series, I think was interesting that I guess the roles that we take as as you know, the masculine and the feminine and and males and females kind of often leads men to become more

narcissistic because they have more entitlement in the world that we exist in.

Um, I think to be honest, we're not not exactly sure what the um origins of it is.
