They're doing it because they're feeling something and being able to check in with themselves and go, Okay, hold on, why am I problem solving here?

What am I feeling?

What am I struggling with about the emotions in the space?

And then it becomes a conversation about emotions as opposed to how can we fix the problem.

Yeah, c yeah, it's a great question.

I recently developed a little acronym for that kind of thing and I'm gonna give it to you now.
