So I think that
It's natural to have that judgment come up, but but I think that if you can if you can be aware of that and then you can kind of you know just remind yourself that actually there'sn't there's nothing to be ashamed of and and that actually this is you know a great part of being human and it's you know something that can really add to your yourself and to your life, then that's yeah, that might leave you a little bit more open to kind of exploring it further.
And if you wanted to, I guess you know, there's so many different places to start depending on how comfortable you feel.
The internet is probably the most, you know, obvious place to go, but there are lots of different Curious Creatures is a great um organization that um they have uh podcasts and workshops and they're doing a lot of online workshops at the moment.
And FetLife is is another online community that uh provides lots of information about.
Kinks and Fetishes and where you can meet like-minded people.
And they also run sort of forums and have lots of different information up.
So they might be great places to start if you want to learn a little bit more about it.
So I suppose the you know, there's many different ways to kind of come out on and share that with your partner and it'd be worth thinking about, you know, maybe a few different tactics and and what's gonna be right for you.
So
you can come out kind of directly where you just sort of like let them know that th that this is something that you're into.
Um and if that's how you want to do it, then it'd be really important to think about the time and the place that you that you're going to talk to them.
So
timing is everything if you're
you know, just getting ready for work and y you know that you're not gonna have a chance to talk about it, then, you know, you're not really setting yourself up to be able to have a emotionally present and um and sensitive conversation.
So picking a time where you're both
Have the space, have
the energy to be able to talk about something and signaling to them that look, this is something, you know, that's pretty vulnerable, pretty sensitive for you to talk about and reveal so that they know how to anticipate and receive perhaps the thing that that you're about to tell them.
But if you want to take a little bit more of an indirect approach, and a lot of the time this is what people do when they're getting to know someone sexually and getting to know a sexual partner is to really introduce perhaps preferences or interests in in subtle ways.
So you might ask them, hey, you know.
