So I'm going to talk about our gate and our gate speed, our walking.

Years ago.

And this is what actually started this whole episode for me to talk about.

Two things.

One was the floor sit and this was these studies came back into my mind because of something that was happening outside in the real world.

But years ago I came across research that was looking at something I'd never really thought about but make com makes completely sense.

Once in a while you'll hear something you like.

And this was one of those moments.

And the thing that I hadn't considered before was how important it was whether people could cross the street before the light changed.

And I heard about research that looked at that, whether people could cross the street before the light changed, I thought.

Oh my gosh, how practical

And how smart and how important is that?

The moment I heard it, I literally couldn't stop thinking about it.

It was a lot on my mind at the time.

Now it's not always on my mind, but when I am crossing streets, I often am looking at the light and I think of this.

So I had never really worried about crossing the street, frankly.

You know, when you when you're younger, quite the opposite.
