you know, aren't grateful for them or don't like them or whatever, like as in you can just do different things that work for different people.

But I guess over all of this time, you've gone from being like business partners to co-hosts to like co-founders.

What would you say has been the biggest secret to making that work without it, without like growing at different rates or blowing up in flames, like when you get to different life stages or you have different, I don't know, whatever.

There are so many things that could go wrong.

I actually feel like delusional optimism is like one of the best mindset tricks ever.

If I'm having a really shit day, me and Amal will do this thing to each other where we'll literally be, if one of us is just like, I'm just fine.

Or like, I just don't want to do this meeting or whatever it might be.

We will literally like sit opposite and we'll be like, so you're going to walk into that meeting.

They're going to love you.

They're going to start applauding.

Everyone's going to fucking love your outfit.

And they're going to give you this money, like on the table, cold hard cash.
