And has part of this been to design yourself, I guess, like a long-term trajectory in a world in which like, I don't know, you might want to have kids and take maternity leave at some point.

You might want to, I don't know, you're in a, obviously so much of your business comes back to what you are doing at any one time.

Has that been kind of part of the thought process?

Definitely.

And I think that around that, I guess, and kind of alluding to what I said before as well, one of the things that always strikes me about you guys is how intentional you seem around creating the life you want and like building that specific life for in the day to day, for the future, all of that.

Is that a very conscious decision?
