And, and definitely like reflective of what I've kind of generally heard in terms of how you can enable, like, of course, you want to do your best job at multiple of those different things.
And it is just that constant pull between them that I don't think necessarily is reflected in all roles when it comes to, you know, parenting, when it comes to all of that.
Do you think there are significant parts of yourself that you let go of when becoming a mum?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I need to gain some of that.
confirming to my past self that's what happens yeah yeah like you I mean I followed you all the way back from way before you had children and like your whole journey from that point to now obviously as part of that you know you've you shared family life as that's now like started and evolved have you found that like easier to work out the boundaries of where that is versus like what's
what you want to be sharing, what you don't want to be sharing, all of that, like as you've had more children.
Yeah.

How have you kind of continued to look back on that, I guess, over time as like so much of your personal brand, I guess, but also like what you talk about and what you show is so far removed from that now.
Oh, I've like, I've developed this thing where I like can't walk for over like, like 25 minutes without getting like searing pain.
And I was like walking around.
