What's one nutritional rule you personally ignore?

Because I feel like a lot of this stuff, like particularly when it comes down from the Huberman type roots.

As much as it can be, you know, amazingly backed by all this data, it's like, okay, how many women were in those studies?
Because there is a like if that's going to cause the inflammation or the cortisol or whatever it might be that would interfere with the cycles, all of those types of things.
