It's a really good thing to learn.
And also I think writing the book I wanted to sort of say,
are not and now I'm fixed it is but now I'm curious about to continue to fix myself to continue to learn and I think that's what I was um yeah because so many self-help books are like I've done this and you can too and I know your grace
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You just have to do these things.
And I'm like, no, not at all.
And I wanted to give a lot of different ways in which you can find your movement, your purpose.
So yes, I've done some running and I like it, but I know that's not for everyone.
And some people love this swimming or martial arts or dance or whatever.
you know other creative outlets so yeah that's why I sort of thought it'd be good to kind of explore and ask and and interview lots of women about those sort of ways in which they've found contentment and I try and use the word contentment over happiness because I think they're kind of two different things happiness is a moment and it can come and go but you can live in contentment
Yeah.
Yeah.
And contentment can be being about being okay with being sad and being, being, you know.
Yeah.
Absolutely.
And that and not wanting to avoid it or pushing it away.
I think that's very grown up stuff, isn't it?
No, not at all.
And I think that's, you know, change is a constant and that's how it's how you respond to that change.
It's how you move with that change.
