And then there was, of course, like the confidence thing, which, you know, I heard this phrase the other day, through courage, we find confidence.
And I think it was making those little steps, each courageous step about, you know, who I was, facing my past.
Looking back at my parents' relationship, all those sort of things, I kept moving forward.
And I wanted to interview lots of, you know, psychotherapists and psychologists about these sort of things because I wanted a deeper understanding about how we navigate it and also how we harness anger and how we, yeah, exactly.
Yeah, and how it's in us.
Even though we go, oh, no, it's fine, it's fine, it's fine.
But it will come out in different ways.
So I wanted to sort of look at that.
Autoimmune diseases.
Yes.
That's how it's coming out.
Oh, my God.
I very much got into body keeps at school.
So that was really important.
And then there's a chapter called Are You Coming With Me, which is I interviewed a lot of women for that chapter about how
What happens when you do start to get stronger, when you do transform?
Yes.
And I call this sort of like the aftershock after an earthquake, is that it's weird because you're like, I've done these new things and I've found a new version of me and I can say no now and my voice is just a little bit louder.
And so many women said a lot of their friends...
didn't like that when they โ because sometimes it's easier being the fat friend or the sad friend or the friend who always says yes.
