And I've always loved teaching.

I've always loved communicating.

And so I started running workshops and the workshops got really popular.

And so that turned into this kind of more in-depth curriculum and training.

And I've been running this for the last kind of six years now.

And it's endlessly fascinating.

There's just so much to explore.

And it touches so many... I think a frame that I like is the nervous system is the lens through which we experience reality.

So it touches so many areas of life from work and parenting and how we relate to ourselves and...

how we show up for loved ones.

So it's fun.

I love that I get to do this.

Yeah, yeah, totally.

Totally.

So for me, I think that the initial like two to three months afterwards, I was almost in, it was kind of like shock.

And I was functioning, you know, there's a lot of admin around someone dying, actually, and just like the funeral and taking care of things.

So I think it was really a couple of months afterwards when...

I had enough space for it to really start to kind of sink in.

And there were a few things.

So I'd say having some really close friends come and be with me and just like bring me a cooked casserole dish and knock on my door and be like, here you go and give me like a long hug and just like sit down on the couch with me.
