There's often a big inhale, but then it gets kind of caught in the throat and the exhale doesn't really get dropped.
So it's like, it's kind of like a forced exhale as opposed to like, when it just kind of falls out.
Nice.
Great.
And when you're watching someone loop their breath, it creates changes in blood chemistry, which basically reveals where you find the tension patterns and then the tension is usually correlated with some kind of
buffered emotional experience or unprocessed feelings.
So it's a case of helping them to have a more full inhale, but a more relaxed exhale, and then creating safety and permission for any emotions to arise to just be felt through and integrated.
Yeah, yeah, I can go into it.
Usually we set an intention in the beginning.
So something like this is what I want to explore.
And then I'm pretty, I don't say much during the journey.
I'm more just watching and giving hands-on, sometimes verbal cues of like, try bringing your breath down here.
Or if I notice something,
people that don't feel safe often struggle to bring their breath down into the lower diaphragm.
And so sometimes I might guide the breath down into some of those places, which then might bring up emotion and then eventually relieve the tension, which then allows the breath to move like further down.
So it's really a case of,
training dynamism in the breath so we can be we can respond appropriately in any situation and the breath is like a mirror for our nervous system flexibility in that way wow
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's a great question.
