The thing about whining is that often it is a way of, in a kinked way, trying to get a need that we have met.

There's a fear, a deep fear of helplessness.

yeah um and and so when there's like whining or complaining or that sense of like like low levels of helplessness it's it's very triggering yeah um and and this is helplessness is a big one to go into but if you can allow yourself to just feel completely helpless and we've all been you know we've all been babies we've all been helpless at some point yeah um it is remarkably freeing
And probably terrifying, yeah.
