Where they listen as much as they talk, where they give and take.

It has to be that mutual exchange.

Yeah, I think at the heart of all of this is that fundamentally as humans, we need to feel like we are seen and heard, like we are accepted for who we are, like we are loved for who we are, right?

Every single one of us has that fundamental need.

And so if you're having too many interactions and relationships where your authentic part can't actually come through, of course, that's going to feel more hollow.

You can be around people in a crowded room at a party and feel incredibly lonely.

if you're not seen and felt in deeper ways.

Absolutely.

It takes persistent effort, right?
