We've all done it.

Every single one of us, myself included, for sure, for sure.

And it's okay sometimes.

I mean, maybe don't lie.

I think you can be honest with your friends, but-

Say I'm exhausted.

I had a crazy day.

I think it's okay sometimes, right?

I do want to bring that nuance to this.

It's not always push yourself and get out the door.

But when we're falling back on that as an excuse all of the time, how are you going to make friends?

How are you going to meet people?

You have to put yourself out there to some extent.

So is an excuse or a need?

So many of these, I kind of want to put in both, but I'm going to put it in excuse.
