So it's actually perfect for working out and it increases
it increases muscle recovery pretty significantly.
But so many of these companies that create melatonin products are loading it up with five, 10 milligrams when realistically you only need one, if not even less.
I think 0.6 micrograms is the effective, 0.6 milligrams is actually the effective dose to see a lot of those benefits of melatonin because it is a hormone.
So for me, if and when I need it,
that has been kind of my secret weapon to resetting my circadian rhythm or getting maximum recovery for whenever i have like a hard work out there i know what you mean like i need to walk for at least 45 minutes at a pretty bit brisk walk i'm not a big runner uh maybe i should be but it's you hate it until you love it is that is that how it works

Yeah, I've heard of him.
Yeah, he's a great dude.
But he has a great quote where it's like, running is like reverse drugs.
You hate it while you're doing it, but you love it afterwards.
Versus drugs, you love it while you're doing it, but you hate it afterwards.
And it's...

And when I was training, when I trained for my ultras, I run like 10 plus miles a day and I absolutely hate it.
But like in that moment, but I swear to God, like afterwards, if I don't run, I feel the rest of my day does not feel the same.
There's such a significant impact cognitively,
And productivity-wise and sleep-wise for me, that it's almost like a non-negotiable for anything I do.
Like I need to get like my workout or my run in.
A long endurance, especially like workout in.
