So I was always like, you know, dipping my toe in, but never being consistent enough. And I've actually been taking it at nighttime. And I kind of love that you can just have it at nighttime. I just have it at nighttime. I put in a little bit of glycine and shake it with water. And I just find that's nice. Like I just do it then. It doesn't matter. Like same thing with creatine.
