Welcome to this episode of Estate Agency X. Today, myself and Rob are talking to Adrian Lomas, who is an EOS implementer.
That probably doesn't mean a great deal to you, but an EOS implementer is somebody that has followed the book Traction,
which talks about an entrepreneurial operating system.
It was written by a guy called Gino Wickman, and it is a way of running your business more successfully to have more clarity around what you do and know what direction you're going in.
Adrian is one of the mentors that comes in to talk to agents on our 18 Cause Business Accelerator program that we put agents through.
And he talks to people about how to do it.
So today we dig into his backstory, the businesses that he run, the problems that he faced, and the things that he finds when he works with businesses that really help them to put the rocket fuel into what they're doing.
