Bad news, like that's just not how the world works.

And like

You know, is this why we're seeing so much change like in marketers and in digital teams?

You know, I actually don't think it's their fault because like it's a bit of a dumpster fire right now.

Like we don't have the data.

We n so we need to kind of be walking through that journey.

And and frankly, like this is literally what I talked to my team about is like we need to build those steps to take people on this journey.

from like how we're thinking and researching content to where this is going and how do we use data to do that.

So that's why I say behind.

I think like unless like everyone is again getting a cross functional group of people, you know, putting together to educate their executives on how this changed.

Last week I spoke at um the healthcare conference for physicians strategy.

And I had an SVP sit on a panel in the first session and be like, Google Gemini and Chappy Tea is our new homepage.

Like this is what's happening with this data search.

And she was talking about zero clicks and and how that's, you know, we have to do structured data.

And I was like, who is this SVP?

And how is she so informed?

But she was unique.

So I guess that's my point is like we need to be managing up, we need to be managing forward, and we need to be like getting more collaborative around the table.

Well, I obviously think it's trash because I think like part of it is I think it's like well, like anything, like I think Gen AI is good at creating drafts.

I think they'll be good at creating a good start for a page, but I don't think they're gonna be good to sort of understand the nuance of what the business wants to articulate and sort of like connect the dots with, right?
