But they basically said, if you can commit to moving your body fitness-wise, eating well, and connecting with the sober community, like nothing else should matter in your life. Those are the three things. You gotta commit to those three things. So like, we're gonna write this plan for you. We want you to wake up as early as you can in the morning. As soon as you wake up, you roll out of bed and right onto the floor and ask God for help, and get on your knees and ask God for help. Take a piss, wash your face, brush your teeth, put on a pair of sneakers, go outside and take a walk. That could be a five-minute walk. That could be a five-mile walk. That could be a run.
We want you to wake up as early as you can in the morning. As soon as you wake up, you roll out of bed and right onto the floor and ask God for help, and get on your knees and ask God for help. And they said, we're going to teach you how to be a man, really, is what they said. But they were just like, we're going to come and we're going to train with you here and we're going to kick your fucking ass.
