Thing is sick.

It's like, I don't know.

I don't know what it is about that.

And I've had plunges before from plunge and,

This one is just, it's the granddaddy.

Like I just, it's just so cool.

So I love that.

I love and hate it.

But cold plunging has definitely been an asset for me, mentally, physically, spiritually.

You know, there's a lot of things you can do, but trying to actually slow it down in a really, really intense time

prepares you for life.

You know, even if it's only for three minutes.

So I do that every morning.

And then, you know, I have a little mirror on the wall.

You know, my gym is in the garage.

And so once I'm done with that cold plunge, I walk past the mirror.

I give myself a look in the eye.
