And I was like, what the fuck is Muay Thai?
I have no idea what you're talking about.
But he was just like, come meet me at this gym.
And I'm thinking like, as he's saying this, I'm kind of like, gym, pushups, walking.
I'm like, yeah, but I'm like, I haven't like exercised in 10 years.
I'm like bloated and swollen and just uncomfortable.
So then he says, you know, we're going to go, we're going to train.
We're going to train for two hours every day.
And after we train, you're going to have chicken and broccoli.
And then you're going to take a nap.
You're going to go to work.
You're going to have chicken and broccoli again.
And you're going to go to bed as early as you can.
