Basically, conservatives want women to have, white women in particular, to have lots and lots of children, but to just sort of do it independently, not bother them for any reason, and be punished for it as well.

And then like it.

It's absurd.

And we have to call it out every single time we see it.

I actually laugh because entire social programs have been created to reduce teen pregnancies.

And they were so good that they worked.

Yes.

And yes, now teenagers are not having babies, which they shouldn't.

I love babies.

I love kids.

I think they're awesome.

And I think people should have as many children as they want.

And I think they should be supported in that.

But you need to be a person before you can make a person.

And the idea that teenagers are emotionally or physically or financially equipped to parent is...

Yeah, I mean, it's really true that if you live long enough, you really do see it all.

Because I'm Gen X and I'm 51.

And I distinctly remember all of the campaigns around preventing teen pregnancy, about promoting safer sex, about using condoms and learning about birth control, et cetera.

And these programs were actually great.

And they did work because a lot of times we learned
