So for me listening to y'all, so I found y'all in January.
I started reverse dieting in the middle of January because I was at like 1,800 calories.
So right now I'm maintaining 3,000 calories right now.
Good job.
Yeah, I'm lifting weights.
I'm doing some strength training by like AI.
I try to go for three or four.
So I listen to AI, so I switch to full body.
I can bench 205 for two reps.
I can squat 235.
I've seen a lot of strength gains because I started around 125, 130 on bench, and I'm close to 200 now.
Um, yeah, yeah.
I feel so much more better and way stronger.
I'm flushing between one 80, one 85.
Yeah.
Oh bro.
And eating 3000.
