And you have to ask yourself, honestly, like, will I always do it or only when I'm motivated or whatever?
So what,
will I always do it?
Number one.
Number two, what's the commitment of this?
And is the commitment realistic for me?
And then that's it.
Those are the two big things.
And then three, it's like, okay, effectiveness.
Within that context, what can I do that's most effective within that context?
So if somebody says to me, what's the most effective form of exercise?
I'll typically say, well, what forms of exercise do you enjoy doing the most?
Let's start there.
And if they say, well, I don't care, then okay, I can give you a different answer.
But if they say, oh man, I love riding my bike.
Like it's my favorite thing to do.
Like I get so much joy from it.
Okay, well, let's talk about how to make that as effective as possible for you.
