Easily one of the number one fitness goals when people go to the gym is to get bigger arms, more sculpted arms, to have arms that look amazing. We're gonna give you five tips. They really work to get those arms that you want. Let's go. This is all I cared about. When you're young when you're younger.
Adam Schafer 2:42
That's all I cared about. That's me too. Yeah. Yeah.
Phil Vella 2:46
You know, arm training.

How do essential amino acids affect muscle protein synthesis during a cut?

Phil Vella 2:48
Um arm training isn't super complex, right? So like if we talk about developing the lower body, working the back in particular. Mm-hmm. Um, training the core. Some people think that's very basic and simple, but uh can be difficult. There's a lot more complexity, but a lot of arm exercises are pretty straightforward. Yeah. It's it's pretty easy.
Justin Andrews 3:08
Single joint action.
Phil Vella 3:09
It's pretty easy, but people still uh mess them up and they mess them up in ways I don't think they realize. that they're leaving a lot of gains on the table. In fact, uh what we're gonna talk about Um, when I would train experienced lifters or when I managed gyms and they weren't clients of mine, but they were members of the gym. And we'd have conversations and we would include some of these things that we're gonna talk about. They they seem like minor changes, but they make a a big difference in your arm development. And here I'll give you the first one. The first one is this is gonna sound obvious, but you would be surprised. In fact, if you're listening Many of you are probably guilty of not training in a really full range of motion with your arm at the end.
Justin Andrews 3:48
Yeah, I was gonna say there's actually pushback to this. I've I've encountered it. Uh yeah, in in terms of like the uh time under tension kind of philosophy of you know not necessarily going to full range of motion, like there's some drop-off, but yeah, if you're not expressing full range of motion, you're not actually achieving the full potential of the entire muscle.
