I love that you know that about yourself too, because I guess I never thought about it, but I do go back home sometimes.
I'm like, oh, I'm going to just be the person that I was when I grew up.
So I always just kind of never want anybody to think something went to my head or I thought too much about myself.
And I don't know any man that's ever said that to me.
any man that's ever talked about it.
Let me ask you this.
What do you say to the woman that comes to a live event or is gonna come to your book tour and you know you're gonna have a lot of people, again, like the Beatles.
I'm so excited.
But they're gonna say to you,
I don't love myself and I need some tools.
Did that change things for you when you actually did that and went through the motions of doing that?
Do you still do it?
You're really right about that.
You're, you're very right about it.
Uh, I think about it a lot after, you know, like losing my mother, losing my stepmother.
And I was like, wow, I've been faced with those kinds of end of life things.
And I, I, it does make me more appreciative for the, the years that we have, you know, I, I grew up in the eighties and the nineties and I, I felt like there was, and especially in television, there was a lot of competing with women, a lot of competing.
And I know that
