When you look at things that we talk about all the time now, we're talking about protein all the time, we're talking about fiber, we're talking about creatine.

I'm assuming protein is very important for the brain.

Yes, absolutely.
So if you're doing protein and fiber, you make sure that's all in your diet.
And that's important for your brain.
