Right now I don't want to be involved with anybody.
Some people will move around, some people may stay in that position their whole lives.
Um I'm kind of interested in the overlap and um how people are making sense of it.
Uh yeah, I was listening to what Seb was saying before and I really think it's um how people are identifying themselves. 'Cause I know a lot of people that that say, I am this, that or the other and they they put their label on and then they behave in ways that other people would not have um understood under that label.
But it doesn't matter.
I think it's how the person themselves is identifying.
So the uh Hannah could be on antidepressants and experiencing
some late libido or could be, you know, I'm actually really resonating with this talk about grey grey ace and uh that really feels like it fits with me since I've been taking the antidepressants.
Maybe if I don't take them later things might change or maybe I'll stay like this for my life.
It's really how Hannah's making sense of it rather than
Having to fit into other people's, I think, scaling or spectrums, if that makes any sense.
I think the yeah, that's a good question.
I think it's important for people to talk about it and and say things up front.
Um, I work with lots of people who are um saying, Well I don't I you know, I have a low sex drive or I'm identifying as asexual but I still want to date and I still want to have relationships with people, but I need people to understand um
that I'm not maybe gonna be as sexually active or inclined as their last partner or
or other people out there.
So it's it's basically explaining this is who I am and this is how sex works for me.
What it whatever and however it works for you.
Because then you're gonna be able to find the people that can deal with how you are.
If you're not telling people and they're gonna start to make assumptions that you are this way, that way or the other way, that's when people tend to come to grief.
