So where do we where to start with that?

I mean it's it's it's gonna be a massive change because the person's ability will have um changed.

And it's I I wanna be really clear and it was really great that Emma um sort of mentioned that, you know, her partner at the time split up with her and then she realized that that was a good thing.

Some relationships can't weather really big changes and others do.

It really depends on the people and what

what what the deal breakers I guess are for people.

For some it may be it may be the sex department, for others it may be, I don't think I can change your colostomy bag.

For others it may be

You know, um the wa you look really different now and I'm I can't get my head around that.

It it really, really depends on um the relationship that people have and what and how resilient they are and what they can get through.

I think it's more how you problem solve together.

I think, you know, relationships that are strong where people work as a team, I think are much more likely to get through things like this.

Um, because you you're gonna need the help from your partner and you're gonna need to be able to be across your partner not only in perfect conditions, but in times where they're not doing so well.

And really that's the crux of a relationship, isn't it?

That it's gonna be a safe place to fall and a launching pad for you to go out into the world.

And some days we're gonna be fabulous and other days we're not gonna be so great.
