And luckily our mate Anita was there and did a quiz and we all relaxed and everything was fine.

And I think when you're a drinker, you don't realise that you can push through these moments and learn and and be sociable without having a drink.

And it takes you to to not have a drink to learn that.

And then when you're in it, unfortunately, you just go, Well, let's have another one, let's have another one.

And it makes that feeling a lot easier to feel.

And no wonder it's so addictive is because we're we're so in ourselves.

And I think um alcohol takes that away just momentarily.

It takes that feeling of not fitting in.

out of us and that is very, very appealing to someone like me.

Silent Disco my God.

Yeah.

And that's how life should be, isn't it?

Is to shut ourselves down.

I think that's what that is, that silent disco stuff, Dave.

It's like it shuts you down from the opinion of others.

For some reason, when you put those headphones on, it's just an amazing banging tune.

You're just like, okay, I can be in my body.

And I think that's what I'm not doing enough.

And that's why I enjoy like silent disco so much, is because I just feel totally free.
