So there are friends that are drinking in his year, there's people smoking weed, it's all starting.
And I do wonder about it, but you have to ask me in a couple of years' time.

I know some friends are letting their kids, you know, drink at home and they say it's safer and I'm just like, I just don't think I can do that.
I don't know how you dealt with it, but
I am gonna find that very, very difficult.
Yeah.
It's it's it's it's really uh annoying actually, because that shame that comes with and and actually it's one of the reasons people relapse, even if their kids are grown up now.
People who have raised their children as um having an alcohol use disorder, they often sit in that shame for a very, very long time and it becomes completely overwhelming.
And that guilt and regret.
Yeah.
Isn't really theirs to hold, I don't feel like.
You know, alcohol is coming for us from a very, very young age.
It's like an arrow to the heart.
It's culture, it's media, it's generational, it's all of these things.
