Yeah, we did it all last year at World Series Media Day. I've done it before. I love that topic. I love that conversation. I love the reaction. I love the thought that some of these guys have put into it. Today, Jeff Hoffman... Jeff Hoffman who uh got a chance to close out the ALCS so he has a little bit of experience with it he's obviously gone through a playoff run which he talks a little bit about here but comparing that the Phillies clubhouse to the Blue Jays clubhouse which I found kind of interesting but most importantly how he feels about the potential of getting that final out of the season

There's no human being I'd rather talk to than Jeff Hunt. Thank you. This is a time-honored tradition that I ask guys of Media Day closers. Do you remember seeing a guy close out a World Series as a fan or as a player? Do you remember thinking, oh, that must be a unique experience?
How does Jeff Hoffman compare his experiences in the Blue Jays and Phillies clubhouses?
And have you thought about it? You kind of did it the other night. Any of those things?
Yeah, I think I grew up a big Red Sox fan, so those World Series were pretty cool. The one that sticks out to me is Keith Falk. I think it was like a play at first base with him in the first baseman, and the outs made, and his arms go straight up in the air, and everything kind of goes crazy. Yeah, I remember thinking, like, wow, that's wild. That one play ends everything.
And then as you go on, you see other guys, you know, and I don't know if there's anyone's. I mean, do you pay attention to it? Like, obviously, you've seen friends probably do it. And then some guys say they black out. I mean, for you, like, is there any others one recently as a jump out?
Wade Davis. That's a deep cut. Wade Davis and Drew B. Terra. Two good friends of mine. And re-watching that now after we're good friends is pretty cool. I'm pretty sure it's full blackout at that moment. Crazy... Crazy that I know people like that and now I have a chance to do it. So have you thought about it?
Like even in the middle, in June or whatever, have you thought about it?
Yeah, and as the season goes on, a little bit more and more, you believe more and more in what your team is doing. We won a lot of games this year, so it was definitely a possibility, and I definitely dream about those types of moments.
When you closed it the other day, I was like, I wonder what he's going to do. It was good. It was solid, man. Have you re-watched it?
I have re-watched it. I've seen it a million times by now. Yeah, I was kind of blacked out, just... knew that knew that there was going to be a mob of guys kind of rushing over to me. And yeah, it was really cool. Awesome. Probably the coolest thing I've ever done.
Last thing is, how does this feel? This run feel maybe different than like the Phillies run before? Obviously, good clubhouses, both clubs. How does it feel different for you?
I think the clubhouses feel pretty similar. I think we might even be a little bit more relaxed here than we were in Philly. I think these guys, we have a really good idea of who we are as a team and what each guy's kind of role is. And I think we show up and we play really solid, complimentary ball.
