60.545 - 75.243 Stacey

Well, I am so excited to meet you. I got to be honest, this is the first time I have ever heard your show, and I've been enjoying listening to it. And the reason I found you is because I'm part of a writer's group, and we have a woman that teaches us tech.

Chapter 5: How can you ensure your background is interview-ready?

75.403 - 96.319 Stacey

And I said, how do you know all this about these AI scams and stuff? And she's like, well, I listen to Kim Commando. I love that. Yeah. And I was like, I've got to listen to her. And I had this... I said, do you think Chad GBT could help me with these financial reports? And she's like, that would be a good question for Kim Commando.

96.379 - 102.407 Stacey

So I got on your website and they said, if you, you know, ask them your question, they'll get back with you. I thought, no way, really?

Chapter 6: What role does AI play in preparing for job interviews?

102.548 - 106.032 Stacey

And they sure did. Oh, that's awesome. Well, thank you.

0

106.593 - 111.7 Kim Komando

So welcome aboard. Glad that you're with us. So tell me what's going on and how can I help you?

0

113.062 - 124.729 Stacey

Well, let me tell you a little bit about myself first. Um, I am a speaker and author and coach. And at 20 years old, I broke my neck in a diving accident.

0

Chapter 7: What are some effective tools for managing expenses?

125.57 - 131.78 Stacey

Yeah, so what I did since then, actually, I've become a wheelchair athlete. I've done marathons.

0

131.8 - 132.201 Kim Komando

Wow.

0

133.683 - 146.392 Stacey

Yeah, it's really a great ministry. And I've also... been able to be a chaplain, which is like a minister, to the Paralympics every so often. Stacey, that is amazing.

0

147.535 - 152.664 Kim Komando

I'm so proud of you for doing all that. It really is incredible.

0

152.804 - 155.569 Unknown

Hearing your story makes me realize how big of a loser I am.

Chapter 8: How can nonprofit organizations benefit from TechSoup?

155.769 - 156.651 Unknown

Yes. Appreciate that.

0

158.926 - 178.96 Stacey

So, yeah, so, I mean, I like to take, you know, what I've learned over all these, you know, 30-some years to teach people resilience and hope and perseverance so they can accomplish their own God-given mission in this life. And so, but, yeah, it's nice to be able to give back. Now, have you ever looked at Neuralink? No, what is that?

0

179.345 - 185.453 Kim Komando

Neuralink is Elon Musk's computer chip brain implant.

0

186.234 - 192.282 Stacey

And... Oh, yeah. I've heard of that. Isn't that something that like you put it in?

0

192.302 - 219.308 Kim Komando

You think about it and then, yes. And there's... We actually interviewed one of the first guys that got it, Nolan. He came into the studios. Amazing young man. Like you, diving accident. And with his mind, he plays video games, he's learning foreign languages, he's working online. I mean, this guy is really something, really something.

219.389 - 225.357 Stacey

Was it supposed to be able to help you move your limbs that you couldn't move? I think that's where they're going with it.

226.378 - 253.078 Kim Komando

There's been a lot of movement towards that, a lot of things that are progressing towards that. But that technology for you would be really something to really investigate. Because now, especially with artificial intelligence, they are making such progress that before would take years and years of research that now they're being able to do it in just, you know, three months, six months, a year.

254.18 - 263.115 Kim Komando

So if there's any way that you could position and get yourself signed up for any of these things, that would be really something I would encourage you to do.

263.399 - 288.917 Stacey

Thanks. Yeah, look into that. Okay, so... Which, by the way, yeah, faster is sort of part of my question here. So in order to do my ministry, one of the things I have to do every year makes me want to pull my hair out. I have to do these annual reports. What I have to do is I have to put in categories and say, like, I spend this much money on travel, this much money on office, this much money...
