What alarming statistics does Dr. Bergman share about chronic illness?
We are designed to live healthy over 100. This generation born today will not live older than their parents. That's a fact. When you're looking at the chronic disease rate, if I said that there was a herd of elk, 74% of that herd has a chronic illness or disease they'll never recover from. 54% of the children of the little baby elks have a chronic illness or disease they'll never recover from. That herd is gonna die. And that's the health status of the sickest industrialized nation in the world.
Are you in your protagonist or antagonist journey, sir?
My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland, and change your life.
Welcome back to Living Your Legacy podcast, the red life edition. Joining me today, I've got my show notes here, is Dr. John Bergman. He is the founder of Bergman Family Chiropractic, and an educator on natural health and regeneration. You are a natural educator.
How does Dr. Bergman redefine disease and health care?
Please naturally educate me on how to properly pronunciate chiropractic. Was that correct, sir?
That's really good. I like the emphasis. Thanks, Doc. Yeah. Doctor, who are you? Why are you here? Honestly, I'm a chiropractor, but with a focus on neurology. And it's mainly to just do a little thing, just change the world. Oh, tiny. Because currently we're in a bizarre sick care system that has really piss poor outcomes.
Yeah, yeah. The output's been not great.
No, because their whole focus is wrong.
What are the three hidden stressors affecting our health?
And that's the whole point of this. Because if people don't understand that disease doesn't exist, that it's really the body adapting, okay, and then the body can regenerate itself, oh, that's the message, baby.
So basically, you should eat your boogers is what you're saying. You can. Yeah. You can.
Yeah.
That would be gross. But you're feeding data into your body. Here's for the white blood cells, right? That's exactly what you mean, right?
I don't know. I got a filter. I'd prefer to blow it.
Oh, I see.
How can we empower ourselves through preventative health measures?
Snot out. We're off to the races here, folks. This is a family show, sir. Doc, what the heck are we going to learn about you, man? Like you just finished filming your episode for Legacy Makers with the great Lauren. What will we learn about you?
I got to tell you, I was blown away because when you're asking questions about like what you're doing, why you're doing it. Okay. And I could say, you know, I want to change health care because currently if you're following the advice of the medical authorities, you're going to be sick as hell. Okay. And literally the advice is so bad that if you do the exact opposite, you're probably on the pathway to health. And if you look at the body, it's brilliant. And no doctor is doing that. And that they have a whole focus on diagnosing where they come up with a collection of symptoms, they place this label on your forehead, and then you have this whatever, bowel disorder, fibromyalgia, whatever. And none of that's true.
What role does energy frequency play in health according to Dr. Bergman?
Of course not. Especially when you cut it to like slow motion B-roll with somebody in the park and it's cut to like dramatic music with this really weird narration. Yeah.
Oh, hell yeah. I want to swim with the butterflies and take, you know, sleep medication. I mean, that's ridiculous. Having trouble sleeping? It's ridiculous. And then when you look at it, it's a lie because every medication that's prescribed causes the symptom it's designed to treat. And that's insane. Oh, God.
Do you want to talk about COVID for a second?
Oh, no, no, no. That was brilliant. You know, you get an experimental mRNA injection in you that we can't really talk about.
How do cultural perspectives on health differ globally?
OK, that that didn't prevent infection or stop transmission. And for something no worse than the flu. I mean, it's insane.
Well, yeah, that was quite the biblical time. I got the cheapest of the vaccinations thinking it was the mark of the beast because I had to eat. And here we are now.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No. I mean, when you look at the mechanism of that, you can't smoke enough weed to make that make sense because you're getting 40 trillion, 40 trillion of these lipid nanoparticles.
