We're going to talk about and break down the top four ways people do cardio, and we're going to rank them In order, but we'll explain the rankings, so don't get your panties in a bunch. We'll start with the worst one. Try not to, Sal. Let's get to it. Sorry, Justin. Yeah. So I wrote down kind of— Wait a second. No, no. You've got to add one here. Am I missing one?
And the first one should be ranked. Because you ranked— So number one would be— Is the worst. The worst. Okay. Is there one higher than that?
Yeah. That's worse? Yeah. Straight running. Well, we could put that in either one. I'm trying to describe the form of cardio.
That's different than one and two.
You could do HIIT running and you could do HIIT steady state running.
Oh, I don't think when people hear HIIT, they interpret that as like going for a run. Okay.
All right, we can put running at the top. Let's do that.
Yeah, and I actually, Sal, I think that's the number one thing that people do.
So let me do this again. It's the top five ways.
Sorry, I just saw the list, and I'm like, you've got to put that in there. No, let's do that. Because I like everything you've got in there, but I also would completely categorize running from two and three differently.
Okay, all right, all right. So let's start with that, though. So number one's the worst. Now, real quick, everybody. Again, this is why I said don't get your panties in a bunch, because people are going to hear this, And what they're going to hear is that form of cardio sucks or doesn't produce endurance. It's going to feel like an attack. It's not going to be good.
Or you can't lose fat this way.
Right. No, that's not what we're doing. We're coming from a coaching and training perspective. and how each of these applies to most people.
