And these days input is a really important thing. And I'll give you an illustration as to why. Um organizations that are open and have dialogue with players and players' families. Say as an example at the major junior level. Or even at the college level. They end up doing a better job retaining their players. In case in point, the Eventon Oil Kings, they did not lose a significant player to the N C double A. Victoria, they lost a bunch. Um, you know, the University of Alberta this year lost seven players to the N C double A.

And the best organizations out there engage everybody and sometimes that means that you have open dialogue and uh and when you have in the case of the Edmonton Oilers a couple of the best players in the world The immediate response is have them center their own lines. I get that, and they will at times. But that's what the organization did to start the year each of the last two years and got off to slower starts and I think it's important that the team gets off to a good start this season. So what the heck? See how it goes early in the year? And I don't think that uh communication lines at any point have been closed either on that front. And you may want to get a little bit of feedback as to uh You know.
