And Colin, one of the challenges of being a farm team head coach besides dealing uh with the uh in your face color guy with the NHL team on a twice weekly basis, uh, is that you're at the mercy of trades that happen and you just get Max Warner back and he gets included in a deal, but you're gonna get some help up front uh with Max Jones. Uh first of all, how are you doing? Uh it's been a whirlwind, hasn't it?
Yeah, it it sure has. Uh it's been an interesting year with uh you know, as we've chatted already on, you know, injuries and stuff like that and uh uh call ups. So, you know, great that Max uh you know hadn't played since Toronto when he uh blocked a shot with the back of his head, uh, you know, hard nosed young man. But uh, you know, just returned back and uh, you know, uh Good on I think good on Keith McCamber's and a fantastic job. Hopefully we got a piece to help uh help the big club.
All right. Uh now, first of all, can you provide us an update on uh I I I believe Travis Durmont had a personal matter. Uh he is just just to confirm, he is not currently with you guys in Bakersfield, is that correct?
That's correct, yes.
Do you have any idea when he is expected at Bakersfield?
No, no, we we have not. Uh we're just waiting for um you know, waiting for uh command from uh from up top.
All right. Max Jones was playing uh in the American Hockey League, uh for the Bruins organization in Providence. When do you envision that he he 'cause he doesn't have to clear waivers, he's already down on the minors, when do you envision that Max Jones would join the Bakersfield Condors?
We uh he should be uh traveling to Bakersfield on Thursday but um we'll be a uh when we get him we'll be in a in a vet issue. So someone, you know, with Josh Brown or Seth Griffith or uh Drake Cajula, somebody will have to Camdenin will have to we'll have to somebody have to sit and when Dermot's there too will have to sit. So we'll have to figure that out.
Okay, well y maybe one of those players gets involved uh in another deal. Uh all right, well let's pull up what you went with the other night. Hamlin, uh by the way, you had a good weekend. You guys were oh four and two in your previous six games. You did you get a two wins or did you get a win in a overtime slash shootout loss?
Uh we got uh um well uh we had an overtime loss and a uh uh an overtime or shootout win uh with uh Jacob Row with the shootout moves pretty uh pretty amazing.
He's got a lot of skill. Uh James Hamlin playing with Kajulin Griffith and I know there was some concern that you might lose Hamlin, but he ended up uh being okay after a heavy hit and uh he's almost at a point per game. He's playing pretty well for you right now, isn't he?
Yeah, he is, you know, uh un undersized obviously as we know, but uh you know, he uh wasn't actually expected to play and then, you know, scored the game winner and the shootout there.

Um but, you know, he he's one of those guys that just keeps coming, right? He gets knocked down and he get and he gets back up and uh you know, he's uh he's playing a little bit a a little bit everywhere in P P P K and um like you said, he's fine in the back of the net as well.
