I sure would like to see Matthew Boyd take advantage of the elements like both starting pitchers did last night in the Angels 2-0 and went over the Cubs. I don't know which way the wind is blowing. I guess we should figure that out before I say anything. The thing is about Matthew Boyd in his six runs over 3-2, which he did allow in the season opener and home opener,
against Washington is that he did strike out seven, and that he was looking good for a minute in that before the roof caved in, and he did not look good, and it was not flukish. He was getting squared up, but I think there's a real opportunity for him to be good against a light-hitting Angels team, which, yeah, did beat the Cubs last night 2-0, so I'm
I'll be looking for more of the good stuff and the good strikeouts and the good swing and miss and a little less mistake pitch from Matthew Boyd. But I think he does have a really good chance here today against Yusei Kikuchi.

Where do you think he'd play?
If he pulled a Phillip Rivers? The way we talked about Uncle Phil. Oh, yeah. Yeah, we love Joe Flacco. We love old quarterbacks. Tales in comparison to the way we would talk about Tom Brady on a competent football team, like a team that obviously their starter got hurt. Now they need someone. They skip over the backup quarterback or backup quarterbacks and go get Tom Brady.
