The Hodakee Big Show with Toledos. All the good stuff, no nasties. Try it today.

What are the highlights from the Magic Round?

Unknown 0:10
Oh, g'day, you mad bass.
Jase Hoyte 0:19
It's great to have your company on this absolutely glorious Monday afternoon. It is the 25th of May, 2026, and you, my friends, are listening to The Big Show, brought to you by Toledo.
Keezy 0:33
That's right, Toledo's natural electrolyte drinks, low in sugar, no preservatives, natural flavours and colours...
Jase Hoyte 0:41
Toledo! Boozer! G'day, Mogie, you massive stud.

How did Mogey celebrate his wedding anniversary?

Jase Hoyte 0:48
How's life? Going pretty grousy, you mad dog, you sick son of a bee.
Mike Minogue 0:52
You're an animal. I am, yes. You always have been. You've had a week off work, and I can't wait to find out all the horrendous things that you got up to, all the great shame that you brought on your family. Yes. Those things that you've done in secret. Yes. The scars on your soul. Yeah. The black marks on your name, you know. So we're going to be talking about all of those today. And I'm feeling bloody good, mate. We've had a week off. We've come straight out the back of Magic Roundover in Brizzy. And we are absolutely running on empty here.

What insights does Keyzie share about the real estate market?

Jase Hoyte 1:22
Well, it's not entirely inaccurate. Ah, Keezy, you got your Tony jacket on there, mate. You got your spanking bloody Warriors hat. You got your little hoodie on underneath. Looking good, man. Looking good. How's life? Thanks, Jase.
Keezy 1:37
I'm feeling good. I tell you what, needed that week off after Magic Round. Jeez, I am still feeling it just a touch. Right. Just a touch, you know? Just a little residual, hey, you had a big weekend a week and a half ago, you know?

What are the latest developments in sports news?

Keezy 1:48
Yes. But I tell you what, bloody good to be back on the big show, back at Hodaki. Stoked to see you guys again.
Jase Hoyte 1:54
Am I right?

How did the fellas spend their night out?

Jase Hoyte 1:54
I can tell. Your face just lit up when we walked in. When Jase walked in, I was like, oh. Here we go.

What breaking news updates are discussed?

Jase Hoyte 2:01
Yeah, that's what happened. Good times. How are you going, Jase, man? Yeah, good, thank you. I can't complain. Had a tremendous four days off after the Magic round. It's very rare that I have a holiday and come back and go, that was, you know, perfect.
Mike Minogue 2:17
Right.
Jase Hoyte 2:18
But this time I am saying that.

What are the best moments from the Comedy Festival?

Jase Hoyte 2:20
But what we're going to get into, I'll let you tell the people what we're going to get into.
Keezy 2:26
Good on you, Jase.
Mike Minogue 2:30
What's happening on The Big Show with Old Mogi? Well, another opportunity or two to get yourself into the Hodaki gang. We've got a couple of street dogs, sick electric motorcycles. Fellas, listen out to the cue to call later in the show and you could be in to win. Also, Old Mogi's hit his 10-year wedding anniversary.
Jase Hoyte 2:50
Yes, indeed.
Mike Minogue 2:51
Looking forward to hearing about that. over the weekend. We'll be getting into that a little bit later on. We'll be talking to Charlie Gubb about the Waz over the weekend. And up next, of course, we'll be talking about Magic Round. Debriefing that.
Jase Hoyte 3:04
A lot going on. She was a big bastard. Yeah, there's a lot going on there, fellas. Oh, she was a biggie.
Unknown 3:08
Hey. Oh, how good, James.
Jase Hoyte 3:11
Home again. It's Green Day.
Unknown 3:13
The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from 4 on Radio Hauraki.
Jase Hoyte 3:17
Yes, indeed. Pearl Jam there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Monday afternoon. The time is 12 minutes past 4 o'clock. And, of course, the fellas, we haven't been on air since we've returned from Magic Round. It was our third time over there. And, boy, oh, boy, fellas, what a weekend.
Mike Minogue 3:35
Absolute monster. Of course, Magic Round is when we go with the fellas from Boys Trip. They take care of us. Every year we go over. This is our third year in a row, as you say, Jase. The first time they took 20 of us over. This time it was 120. This is a Boys Trip that has grown exponentially every single year. We go over to Brisbane. Every single game of rugby league is on. And we get in and amongst. It's three days of absolute mayhem. But I feel like we're veterans now, fellas. I feel like we've grown up somewhat.
Keezy 4:01
100%. You know, three years in a row of going hard for three days is basically what we've achieved, fellas. Well, Mogi and I and Pugs. And heading into this one, I was a bit like, look, I've done Magic Round twice now. Is the third time going to be as exciting? And it's still found a way to be not only as exciting but more exciting, especially that Sunday game, the Warriors taking on the local team, the Broncos, the defending premiers.
