Chapter 1: What happened to Keyzie over the weekend?
The Hodaki Big Show. Thanks to crave-worthy street food. Freshly made with Reburger.
Welcome to The Hodaki Big Show.
Really big. With Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kim. Oh, g'day, you mad bastards. Great to have your company on this glorious Monday afternoon. It is the 22nd of June, 2026, and you, my friends, as always, listening to The Big Show, brought to you by Reburger.
Chapter 2: What are Jase's thoughts on his new boots?
Crave-worthy street food, freshly made with old Reburger. Reburger!
Mogi's just rugged up. He did have his T-shirt on, but it's got a little bit chilly all of a sudden in the studio. And to my immense disappointment, he's put on his Hauraki, what do you call those?
Swanee.
Swanee. It's just disappointing.
But how are you, you stud? Going pretty grousey, you mad dog, you sick son of a bee. What a hell of a weekend. One of the all-time great weekends I've just had. Yeah. Magnificent. And today, another beautiful day here and everywhere.
Everywhere in the world.
His beautiful hair is beautiful everywhere in the world, KZ. I had a monster. But nobody, nobody had a bigger weekend than Christopher KZ. I don't know if... I didn't have the biggest weekend out of everyone in New Zealand. Listen to him.

Chapter 3: What injuries did you experience as a kid?
What do you mean, listen to me? I sound great.
Mate, as soon as I walked in the office, I caught his eyes. He's got the old droopy eye. What droopy eye? He's got the sort of... A little bit of stubble happening. What you've got to understand about Keyes is he's usually very, very immaculate, you know, with his waxing of his hair and shaving and moisturising.
Chapter 4: What are the highlights from the sports roundup?
He's looking a bit green around the gills today. As per. Look, guys, I'm going to front foot it. I am hung over. Okay?
Chapter 5: How did Jase's weekend compare to Keezy's?
I am hung over. So let's just lock that in. All right? It's all good, man. Jase. No judgement here. Jase. Yeah. You look great. Thanks, man. You look really, really good. I do. I wish I looked like that. I bet you do.
I love your new boots as well. One day, Keezy, one day you might.
We've got a lot of chat coming up, and we'll get to it in a second, but Jase has got some new boots.
Chapter 6: How did the Warriors perform this weekend?
Yeah, he does. We need you to go to Instagram and check out Jase's new boots and just leave a comment about the boots. Well, you don't have to leave a comment. You absolutely do, and we're going to read them all out just to cheer Jase up about them because he's not too sure.
But what I love about them is the reason why you've got them, these white boots, is because they match the buttons on your Johnny Cash shirt that you wear every day.
Now, I just need to clarify straight away, they're not white. They're tan or, as Beck called them, neutral coloured. They're not white.
Oh, Jay's has got his neutral boots on. Oh, yeah.
Hey, but I tell you what.
Not too many people will feel neutral about them. No, I don't think so.
I feel like it's going to be a Pugsan beret scenario for old Horty Jay. But that's all right. You know, I'm going to own it, man. I'm going to own it. Hey, Mogi, what's coming up on the show?
What's happening on The Big Show with Old Moby. Another day, another opportunity to get yourself into the draw for the Expo Ultra Bear Garden Tour. The Breakfast Boys and G-Lane are heading over to the NRL Grand Final in October. Listen out for your cue to call and you can get yourself in the draw.
Not only that, fellas, we'll be talking to the legend, the man, the myth, Gubby, Charlie Gubb, former Warriors, absolute legend about how the Warriors went over the weekend. And in fact, we're going to do quite a lot of sports chat today because it was a massive weekend. Huge. Massive weekend. As previously mentioned, we will have a discussion around Jase's boots.

Chapter 7: What are the results of the Instagram poll about Jase's boots?
I'm not going to lie. I forgot I even sent that idea through. Were you steamed at the time? Yeah. I was like, this is a great idea. This is going to work well on Monday.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Here's Everclear.
The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from 4 on Radio Hauraki.
Yes, indeed. Red hot chilli peppers here on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Monday afternoon. The time, 13 minutes past 4 o'clock.
Fellas, as mentioned earlier, I sent this content through at about 9pm on Saturday night. I was at a restaurant with my wife and her lovely friends, and they were all catching up, her high school mates. Oh, yeah. And... Don't... Well, I'm just going off what you were saying earlier, but don't be sidetracked. Yeah, true. And me and one of the plus ones, we were sitting there drinking cocktails.
Responsibly. What sort of things are you going with there, Keezy, when you're out and about? Drink-wise. Yeah. So it was a Mexican restaurant, very nice one. Yes. So, Margie's. Nice. We were on the old Margie, they were called. Yeah, good. And so, and then we were into the very responsibly into the, what's the stuff made with red wine?

Chapter 8: What are the plans for dinner tonight?
Oh, sangria.
Sangria, yeah.
We decided sangria was a good idea. And the thing was... And the interesting thing was, whilst me and him were sitting there, we were really in a dilemma. It was like, hey, tomorrow's the big day. Tomorrow's the WARS game. Yeah. And you don't want to be hung over for the WARS game. No. Responsibly. But somehow we had a bit of a powwow, and we were convinced.
We convinced each other that it was a smart decision to keep having cocktails and stuff. And at the time, I was like, this makes perfect sense. The way we're speaking, this is so logical. I should... Have more sangria tonight. And the mentality behind it was like, yo, because what you don't want to do is come in tomorrow. You need to establish a base tonight.
An alcoholic base you're talking about here? I don't know. Yeah, pretty much. It was like, because, you know, you don't want to just be coming in front foot tomorrow. You might peak too early, blah, blah, blah. Like, this is real smart. And I was, like, convinced. And then by the end of it, we'd ordered, like, all these. When this conversation's going on, though, you must already be pissed up.
Yeah. Yeah, well, obviously, yes. Because the idea that the... The solution, the way that you're going to have a good day the next day is by setting a base of being drunk the day before. Yes. It sort of falls apart as soon as you even lightly prod it. The whole argument collapses. Yeah. So you have to be pissed already. So by the time you're having this conversation, it's already too late.
Yeah, you're already too far gone.
It's almost like I was convincing myself.
But there was, you know, I used to have that mentality back in the day where exactly that, like if I had a thing the next morning and I'd be drinking with mates, I'd be like, okay, well, we'll set a good solid base and tomorrow we'll just have to top it up.
