I get it. Which I know is not ideal. But I've always found that that's my peaceful time when I know someone like you who really likes the early morning before everyone's up. I've just, it's always been easier for me at nighttime. And so I wrestle with that a lot because I know that. And then I have these, these nights I talk to Trina, I'm like, man, God, I felt so good.

The sleep last night, because we just went, we just got to our beds at eight 30. You know, even if we don't say we're going to sleep yet, just going to bed in your bed by eight 30 and shutting down electronics, you know, so what you talk for an hour or so like that. And then you're like asleep by nine 30. Oh my God. And I wake up so well rested.
