Like I have like a bulk shake that I love. That's like a thousand calorie shake where you make something with like a, you know, whole milk or put it like a scoop of ice cream. Yeah. And you make Nutella, peanut butter. I mean, you could, you could make a high, high calorie protein shake for him. That was, you know, kind of in the middle of junk food slash healthy food.

Nikki, here's a good rule. And this has always worked really well for me and people that are like this. Make him hit his good macros first, and then he can have the stuff on top of that.

Because what you don't want to do is say, yeah, cut loose. And then he puts on bad weight because now he's just eating junk and he's not getting his protein intake. He's not getting what his body needs. But he's getting excess of calories.

125 and he's right around 145 oh yeah go for it that's my body type right there if he's already big and he's trying to get 30 pounds he's gonna be slow yeah they want him to put on some weight before he starts playing high school football keep up the training let him do that the one rule is hit your good clean macros first then we can enjoy the stuff after that son
