And by the way, aggressive cut will look where she's at in calories now.
That's right, she'll go back down where she's at now.
Yeah, but after we've spread that metabolism up, built five, six pounds of muscle on her, lifted all her lifts up, and then just watch herself lean out going into the wedding.

I want to hit the question that I see coming, which is I have a trip coming up in a couple of weeks, but I want to get back to my plan to increase my calories and, again, start MAPS Aesthetic.
I don't think MAPS Aesthetic is the program for you.
I do want you to increase calories, though.
