And for me personally, I really look out for my sugar, for my metabolism.

So I would say start reading the ingredient labels, be more cognizant of your sugar.
It will retrain your palate and you will reach for the healthier things.
Oh, and you, you mentioned what we were talking about ice cream.
And I do want to say this too, because I hear sometimes I hear a lot of pushback from people online that say, do you ever enjoy yourself?
Are you just depriving yourself?
You're creating an eating disorder.
I'm here to tell you that when I was in my twenties and I was eating junk food all the time and I was snacking all the time and just felt like I was starving all the time because I was, I was nutritionally starved.
I actually had a horrible relationship with food then because I was thinking about food all the time and trying to think about my next meal.
I was addicted to these ultra processed food like products.
The second that I started, I completely changed what I was eating.
I changed my diet.
I was eating whole real foods.
And if I wanted a treat, I love Strauss, for example.
You mentioned ice cream.
They have this organic vanilla bean ice cream.
The ingredients are, it's like five ingredients.
