I would argue you could have it for breakfast if you wanted to.
Because it's milk, it's eggs, it is vanilla, I think sea salt, and they have cane sugar.
And yes, it is more sugar.
But save your sugar for a treat like that.
You're not depriving yourself in that way.
I know.
All I'm trying to do is I'm trying to steer people away from the industrialized food-like products.
Because when you read the ingredient labels on some of these ice creams that are in the grocery store, like Blue Bunny, I did this experiment last summer where I bought Blue Bunny ice cream and I bought a couple other little ice cream bars and stuff.
And we let them sit on the counter overnight.
They didn't melt.
It was like a science experiment.
We were like, one, ants didn't get to it at all.
We let it sit out for like a week.
Ants didn't touch it.
It didn't melt.
And we both were like, what is in this?
Exactly.
I can also already hear the critics saying, you're not an earthworm, but it's still a living being.
Yeah, exactly.
And they don't need a scientist to tell them what to eat.
