So you end up eating more sugar ultimately anyways, because it does still have an effect on your body.
And so there's also that aspect of it.
Yes, exactly.
And it's interesting to point out, I don't mean this to be mean, but majority of the people that you see drinking diet sodas are overweight.
And I think there's a reason for it.
I also think there's a psychology there where people think when they see zero calories, zero sugar, that they can have it's free for all.
So they feel like they're being naughty, but getting away with it.
I think Diet Coke tastes bad.
It's really funny.
I ended up accidentally sort of in this like online beef with this nutritionist.
Well, she calls herself a nutritionist.
And then I went to her profile and it said Diet Coke enthusiast in her profile.
And so and she was coming at me like making some rude comments.
And so I clapped back because I could be a little sassy.
And I said, you might want to sit this out.
You're a nutritionist that promotes Diet Coke.
Yeah.
And she did this whole video on me because she was so mad and offended.
But to me, I just think it's crazy how that to me is such an oxymoron.
Claiming to be someone that helps people better their health and then saying that Diet Coke is healthy and I drink this every day.
