I actually have a personal connection with that.
So I was actually on the dietetic track.
So I mentioned earlier, so I had my bachelor in arts and sciences.
So when I went back to get my master's, I had to go through two years of prerequisites.
And I went to Texas State, and I was doing all my prereqs.
I was doing anatomy and physiology and biochem and chem one, chem two, all that.
Oh, I know I have PTSD.
I did all of that in a two-year span, just back to back.
It was horrible, but got through it.
And towards the end, so I was going to Texas State.
And at the time, I thought I wanted to be a dietitian.
So I went to Texas State specifically so that I could start while I was doing my prereqs.
What they do is they start throwing you into the program as you're finishing your prerequisites, and then you apply and go into it.
And so as I was finishing my prereqs, I was starting to take some of the dietetic
school or the dietetic classes.
I don't know why that was so hard for me to remember.
And I was doing nutrition and they put me in food science.
And I started to notice one, that all the professors were telling us, oh, seed oils are heart healthy and put your clients on low fat diets.
That's exactly it.
And the thing that really turned the corner for me was they have a conference every year from their organization that the dieticians pay into every year.
